Staff seemed knowledgeable, but the selection of fish was extremely poor due to "fish being under observation" and unavailable for sale. Several tanks of dead fish including some beautiful parrots. All I wanted was a pleco and in those tanks, the fish were moving around freely and seemed very healthy. Bought one on Sunday and it's Friday and he's dead and so are three of my six guppies. Whatever is going on at Pet Depot is catching and murderous. Don't buy fish here. Going back tomorrow because they have a 14 day live freshwater fish guarantee. Hope they do something about this situation and are able to give me good advice on how to keep my remaining fish alive since their stock killed my beautiful, expensive guppies!
Update: Went to Pet Depot today (8/12/17) and was not hassled by the young man attending because he knew I'd been in and bought a pleco recently. Admitted that their supplier had been sending them bad stock with ick, recommended that I pick up aquarium salt to decontaminate my fish tank, and gave me a $10 voucher towards the purchase of new fish since their fish killed all six of mine. It was the best they could do and more than what I expected. Proud of them for owning their mistake. Two stars back.

Super cool store. Nice to finally have a store that carries reptile supplies in Hazel Green. Their prices are definitely lower than some of the bigger pet supply stores in Huntsville. Staff is way cool and the manager is awesome.
Groomer was rude, didn't did her job. I booked my appointment 6 weeks in advance when they first opened. When I dropped my dog off at 10:30 she said to be back by 4:30 because she locked the doors at 5:00. A little after 4:00 she left me a message that she was running behind and to come after 5:00, then immediately called my sister and said to come get the dog. I was there at 4:30, only my dogs body was shaved. She said my dog cried and she didn't want people thinking she was hurting her so never bring her back. I've never had a problem with any other Groomer. She doesn't have to worry... we will never be back!
